This means an engineer will visit your site to repair/replace (at our discretion) the faulty CCTV part. For faults reported on weekdays by 1.00pm an engineer will visit within three working days. For faults reported on weekdays after 1.00pm an engineer will visit within four working days. Note: ‘weekdays’ and ‘working days’ are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday inclusive, excluding public holidays. Call outs will incur charge if it is found that the Brigade product is not at fault (e.g. vehicle wiring or switching fault).
