- Lane Departure Warning
- Headway Monitoring and Warning
- Forward Collision Warning
It can happen to any driver - often while driving your eyes are distracted from the road ahead; checking the rear view mirror, changing radio stations, checking on the kids in the back or answering a phone. During those crucial few seconds your vehicle can travel hundreds of metres without you being fully aware of what is happening. Plus, with an increasing number of accidents caused by drivers falling asleep at the wheel - you need the added protection that Mobileye offers.

Mobileye AWS™ is a driver assistance system for accident prevention and mitigation. It includes a smart camera located on the front windshield inside the vehicle and utilises advanced vision technologies to detect and measure distances to lanes and vehicles, providing the driver with timely audio-visual alerts.
As the only system combining forward collision warning and lane departure warning capabilities, Mobileye AWS covers the most common causes of severe road accidents, offering the most effective accident prevention and mitigation solution.

Unparalleled in cost effectiveness, Mobileye AWS is the natural choice for increased driving safety in both commercial and passenger vehicles.
Mobileye's Forward Collision Warning
The AWS 4000 detects vehicles and calculates the time-to-contact, issuing a collision warning 2.7 seconds prior to a pending collision - allowing the driver to react and avoid the accident.

Mobileye's Lane Departure Warning
The AWS 4000 monitors the position of the vehicle relative to the lane markings, issuing an alert in the event of an unintentional lane crossing.

Mobileye's Headway Monitoring and Warning
The AWS 4000 measures the distance to the vehicle ahead and uses the travel speed of the host vehicle to calculate headway - the time to reach the vehicle ahead. AWS displays headway values and issues warnings when the headway decreases.
